My Birthday!

Heyyy! Today is my birthday. It's official: I'm a teenager! I can't believe I'm 13. I think I'm going to set up my Facebook page tonight. I'll also post what presents I got. Can't wait!

Earlier Today

Not fun. The toilet got stopped up and water was all over the floor in Hunter and my bathroom. I had to go outside to get a mop and bucket. Unfortunately, the place where we keep them is full of DADDY LONGLEGS and I think even a RAT is living in there. So I spent 10 minutes whining and trying to pull it out. Then I had to wash them all off. THEN I mopped up the floor. Next I took paper towels and wiped off all the water. Then when I tried to take a shower afterwards, the stupid nozzle was broken and it kept on sliding and hitting me on the head. Not fun. Japanese Student

Good news! My family is having a Japanese exchange student stay at our house for 9 days! Her name is Minami O. She's in 8th grade! I can't wait. There's going to be a bowling night, bingo night and more. Can March 12th come sooner?

For homework we had to complete the rest of our Katakana section in our workbooks. X-(
I'm getting a Japanese Student in March! I'm really excited. Will find more about him/her later. Stay tuned!
